Support
As a small nonprofit, your support, in any form – monetary, in-kind, or volunteering your time – is greatly appreciated. We are currently campaigning for funds to acquire a new facility as well as regularly seeking general operating revenue from a variety of local foundations and trusts.
COVID Update – SAFETY FIRST
DayBreak closes for the 2nd time this year
Dear Daybreak Families, Friends and Volunteers,
Given the current and significant increase in cases throughout Teller and El Paso counties, together with our Board of Directors, we have decided to once again temporarily close DayBreak until further notice. The delicate population we serve is extremely vulnerable and susceptible to this virus and we want to be extra cautious during this unfortunate time of on-going uncertainty.
The DayBreak team is working on alternatives to provide creative programming and services for our families in need, and others, throughout our community and beyond.
We will be in touch as we develop individual service plans for each family. Feel free to contact Paula, at 719-331-3640, at any time, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
We apologize for the inconvenience this closure is causing in your world, but please realize that the health and safety of everyone involved with DayBreak is our first priority and of our utmost concern.
Thank you for your understanding and on-going support during these unusual, unprecedented, and challenging times – times we face together, as an organization and as a community.
It definitely is taking a village this time around…
Sincerely,
Paula Levy
